First and foremost, it was crucial for us to provide both our B2C and B2B customers with a professional online service that was top-notch! This was achieved through a high level of user experience and successful integration with our booking engine and CRM system. With the new solution, we have accomplished that! It was also important for the visual identity of the sites to closely align with our corporate parent company, without compromising our Danish business model. Internally, working with the site on a daily basis has become more intuitive and flexible as well. For instance, we can now easily create microsites for our key clients, which has resulted in a significant increase in revenue for each of those clients.
Integration to ERP and CRM
The new platform ensures accurate and updated webshop data through close integration with CARLA, which is Europcar.dk's ERP system. The solution is also integrated with the company's CRM system.
DynamicWeb Platform
In 2016, the company desired a new, user-friendly, and fully responsive platform with the same identity as the international Europcar.com.

The booking is made using Angular for optimal performance and advanced searching. As a result, the site displays product data in the search results without the user needing to click further.
