Zillah is an experienced and passionate Event Coordinator with a talent for bringing people together. With over five years in hospitality and operations management, she’s successfully launched new restaurant ventures and overseen complex operations in both Denmark and the UK. Zillah loves creating seamless, memorable experiences, drawing on her creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail. She’s also a natural when it comes to connecting with teams and clients.

Outside of work, you’ll find Zillah exploring the city, diving into a good book, or enjoying cosy spots with great food and even better company.
