After I've started with my Inbound Marketing tactics - how long will it take before I see results?

Typically, we’ve seen results from three to six months. That said, it could take as long as six to nine months for some businesses. It all depends on what your marketing challenges are and how many resources you’re willing to commit to. Inbound marketing is a long-term strategy and requires continuous input and optimisation.

Do we need HubSpot to practice inbound marketing?

No. Inbound marketing is a methodology that can be practised on any platform. However, we highly recommend using the HubSpot platform to roll out your inbound marketing strategy. HubSpot is a comprehensive CRM platform built to support the Inbound marketing methodology.

Why do I have to go through the strategic planning phase if I already know who my personas are?

Buyer personas and their respective buyer journeys are the cornerstones of any successful inbound marketing strategy. We’ll work with you to refine or define your buyer persona and ensure that they are documented along with their respective buyers' journey stages. This will ensure we are able to carefully curate a content plan that attracts the right calibre of traffic to your website.  

How will you track and monitor progress on my inbound marketing strategy?

All the upfront strategy work will be documented in the form of workbooks. Visibility and transparency are key to any ongoing partnership, which is why you’ll have oversight on everything we’re busy working on with a status report, which you’ll get biweekly updates on. 

Must I sign a 12-month retainer to get help from Novicell?

Absolutely not. We offer retainers to those that would like flexible inbound marketing support, as well as a multitude of inbound marketing support hours to those who want a more flexible but consultative approach to their inbound marketing strategy.  Absolutely not. We offer retainers to those who would prefer ongoing and flexible inbound marketing support, but still require consultative assistance to develop their inbound marketing strategy. 


How much does your HubSpot onboarding services cost?

How long does your HubSpot onboarding service take?

We aim to get our clients onboarding within two months of engaging with us. That said, ultimately you will be the narrator of your onboarding journey. We’ll always work to your timeline to ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. 

How long will it take to see results?

Typically, it can take anywhere between three and six months to generate results after developing an inbound strategy. We'll initially focus on quick wins, but for some businesses, it can take between six to nine months to see tangible results.

Absolutely. We completely understand the importance of sales and marketing alignment. This is why every onboarding plan with us starts with a marketing discovery workshop, which aims to define the following:

The output of this workshop will be your new proposed lead management process document, which will serve as the technical framework to which we’ll configure your HubSpot platform.  

How does your team stay abreast with HubSpot product updates?

All our HubSpot and Inbound consultants are certified through the HubSpot academy. As a Platinum HubSpot partner who utilises the HubSpot enterprise growth suite, we gain access to HubSpot’s closed beta programme, helping the team stay abreast with HubSpot’s product updates before they are released to the wider public. Furthermore, our team of consultants attend a monthly product update meeting with HubSpot themselves.
