Excedo is a B2B language learning platform that launched in 2019. The goal of the platform is to help individuals upskill and enhance their career prospects as well as helping companies improve their ability to work in international markets.

The Challenge

Gaining awareness online

As a start-up, Excedo needed to build brand awareness and develop a solid customer base of loyal and engaged customers. They also needed a brand-new website that was scalable enough to manage increased demand for their services in the future. Digital marketing would be key to generating new business and leads through the website and sign-ups for events. Excedo also wanted to expand into the Japanese market. To do so, they needed to build an online presence and initial customer base to solidify entry into this new market.

    International SEO strategy, content translation and implementation of keywords on both the international site and the Japanese site.

    Implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track KPIs and PIs. The necessary third-party tracking pixels are also implemented via Google Tag Manager.

    Setting up remarketing flows in the respective channels to target engaged site visitors across all channels and bring them back into the customer journeys to convert.

    Solid Drupal platform

    Transforming brand guidelines into a digital experience through Drupal Content Management System (CMS) – a license free, open-source CMS which is easy to extend and performs well at a global scale.

Scalable global solution

We implemented a full-channel marketing strategy to help Excedo reach their ultimate goal of international marketing expansion. International SEO was also carried out in the form of localised content and language. This methodology has given Excedo the best possible start to launching their company and laid the foundation for future digital actions in international markets.
