JABS raised the bar without increasing the budget

When JABS and Novicell began modernising a central part of the commerce platform, the project was deliberately limited in scope. But the agentic development model changed what could be achieved within the same financial framework. Rather than simply carrying out the original plan, the team could revisit each part of the solution and ask how it should be built today. Among other things, this meant a new, tailor-made product configurator, more services than originally planned and the chance to bring parts of the long-term modernisation forward.
