Novicell’s motto is ‘Flink & Flittig’ which is Danish for ‘Kind & Diligent’. This means that we treat each other well while providing great service to our clients. We have replaced the long employee handbooks and rules with dialogue and responsibility. We see our colleagues’ differences as strengths. And going to work must be fun. At Novicell, we are driven by creating something new and developing ourselves - both professionally and with social activities after work.
