IT & Tech Leaders Network

A confidential peer network for senior technology and digital leaders

The IT & Tech Leaders Network is a curated peer forum for senior technology and digital decision-makers working at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership.

We bring together CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Digital, Enterprise Architects, and similar roles from both B2C and B2B organisations. The purpose is simple: to create a trusted space for honest dialogue, shared experience, and informed decision-making in complex IT and tech landscapes.

The network is built on continuity, confidentiality, and active contribution. Value is created through real cases, real challenges, and conversations with peers facing similar responsibilities and complexity.

Reasons to participate:

You should participate if you value depth over volume and want more than a one-off event. This network is designed for leaders who want qualified sparring, honest discussions, and inspiration grounded in practice - not theory. Participation requires full commitment, active contribution, and willingness to share experiences, challenges, and decisions. The outcome is not passive inspiration, but clearer priorities, better decisions, and stronger leadership in your IT and tech role.

15.45 - 16.15

Why this network - and what it requires

The purpose of the IT & Tech Leaders Network is outlined, along with what differentiates it from traditional events. Expectations around attendance, active contribution, and confidentiality are clarified, as well as how the network is designed to evolve and create long-term value over time.

16.15 - 17.00

Tech leadership in practice – perspectives from Novicell

Practical perspectives on tech leadership from Novicell, covering how we work with technology, architecture, and teams. The focus is on scaling, organisational maturity, and technical decision-making, as well as the interaction between business, technology, and organisation. The session also highlights what has worked, what has been more challenging, and the trends shaping IT and tech over the next 12–24 months.

17.00 - 17.45

Participant perspectives: Focus areas for the next 12–24 months

Participant perspectives are brought into play through a facilitated discussion based on prepared input. The focus is on strategic priorities, shared patterns and differences across organisations, and key dilemmas and decisions for the coming period.

17.45 - 18.00

Wrap-up & next steps

We summarise the key insights from the session, align on takeaways, and outline focus areas and expectations ahead of the next network meeting.

18.00 - 19.30

Network & light dining

An informal continuation of the dialogue with light food and drinks, giving time to connect with peers and continue selected discussions in a more relaxed setting.
