With a background in graphic and visual display design, Lauren brings a creative and user-focused approach to her role as a Digital Designer at Novicell UK. She has gained valuable experience in UX design and has been actively involved in full UI website builds, collaborating closely with developers and the Creative Director to deliver seamless, high-performing digital experiences.

Lauren also plays a key role in the ongoing optimisation of existing client websites, blending aesthetic design principles with strategic functionality to enhance both usability and engagement. When she’s not creating intuitive websites, Lauren enjoys attending music events, illustrating, and travelling the world, always finding inspiration in new sounds, places, and cultures.
