Novicell helped DESMI streamline sales processes and prepare for global growth with Salesforce.

DESMI A/S develops, manufactures, sells, and services pumps, pump systems, and environmental equipment worldwide. With the implementation of Salesforce CRM, the company has taken a step towards more efficient sales processes and enhanced readiness for global scaling. Novicell supported the design and implementation of both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to align with DESMI’s business goals.

System design that strengthens processes and increases efficiency

DESMI aimed to strengthen their sales process by centralising tools and workflows, creating a solid foundation for scalability. The Salesforce platform provides a complete overview, giving every sales rep access to all relevant data: what has been discussed with the customer, how the sales journey has progressed, and the current status. Novicell worked as an integrated part of DESMI’s internal team, collaborating closely on designing a solution that supports an efficient and standardised sales process. This has helped prepare the business for increased global growth. As solution architects, we contributed our deep expertise and best-practice knowledge on the platform, ensuring DESMI achieved its goals of increased sales, greater efficiency, and higher scalability.

New CRM integrated with existing platforms

The company’s previous digital setup didn’t support knowledge sharing across departments and countries. Salesforce has solved this challenge by offering full visibility into activities and data across the organisation—enabling improved sales management. As part of the project, we also implemented integrations between Salesforce and several of DESMI’s existing platforms. The CRM system now communicates via Azure with both CPQ and ERP systems. These integrations ensure seamless communication between Salesforce and the other platforms, meaning product configuration and order management always reflect the correct status.
