The Danish company Design Eyewear Group sells eyewear to opticians and retailers around the world. They are now ready to develop a new B2B webshop and we are pleased that they have chosen Novicell as their partner.
We will develop the new solution in Magento for the eyewear group, and the project has just officially begun.
Pre-analysis identified Magento as the right platform
Before our developers write even a single 0 or 1, a significant amount of groundwork is done. We carried out a thorough pre-analysis to fully understand the business needs and the project’s requirements.
After that phase, we were able to advise on the choice of platform. The decision fell on Adobe Commerce (Magento), which proved to be a natural fit. The system meets the functional requirements of the project and supports core B2B capabilities such as customer-specific pricing and tailored assortments.
User experience in focus
The new web portal will make it easy for opticians to serve themselves. It should be simple to find information, order frames, and return products. At the same time, we aim to inspire users and create opportunities for additional sales during the purchasing process.
The solution will provide a solid and well-functioning foundation with extensive opportunities for future digital development that can be activated when the business is ready.
We are very excited about the project and are already well underway with the development, which is happening in close collaboration with Design Eyewear Group’s own developers.
The website will serve as a technical foundation that opens the door to new opportunities - something that was difficult to achieve with the previous solution.
